We still managed to finish by 10:30 pm! Derrick even stayed late and kindly arranged for our dinner to be delivered to our room at 1 a.m. during our second round of celebrations. We enjoyed the food kept warm in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Thomson, our main wedding coordinator, was responsive and accommodating, which made the planning process much easier. On the actual day, Derrick, our banquet manager, impressed us with his calm and attentive nature. His steady guidance allowed us to focus on our guests while knowing the event was in capable hands. Derrick also paid close attention to details — he even adjusted the projector settings to ensure our photo display looked just right. His thoughtful suggestions and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.
We’re grateful to Derrick and the entire team for making our celebration so memorable. The bridal suite was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the runway! Excellent service overall — we’d definitely recommend Crowne Plaza to friends planning their big day.”
